When you order, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We receive your name, email and shipping address so we can ship your kit and send your results. We never see or store your full card number.
The sample form you fill in on the tracking page (what each numbered bag holds, where it came from, the date, and your name) goes on the chain-of-custody sheet we hand to the laboratory with your samples, along with your order number, email and shipping address, so the lab can match the samples to your order and report on each one.
We keep your order details, your sample form and your lab report so you can see them on the tracking page with your order email and order number. We send order and status emails through our email provider, Resend, and make shipping labels through Shippo, which passes your name and address to USPS.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which sees the usual connection details (like your IP address) to deliver the pages.
We count visits and button taps on this site in totals, and set a cookie with a random visitor ID so repeat visits aren’t double-counted; it isn’t linked to your name or email. To measure our ads we use the Meta, TikTok and Google Ads tags and their server-side event tools, which use cookies and information like your IP address and browser. When you order, we also send them a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, phone, name, city, state, ZIP code and country, so we can see which ads lead to orders. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and don’t send these ad events. We don’t respond differently to a Do Not Track signal.
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that take payment (Stripe), ship your kit (Shippo and USPS), analyze your samples (the laboratory), email you (Resend), host this site (Cloudflare) and measure our ads (Meta, TikTok and Google).
